GGBB is a new way to BNB.

A Global Network of Boutique BNBs envisioned and run by Transgender Women Elders—creating spaces of belonging, equity-based employment, and intergenerational care.

GGBB—Legacy Stewardship Model

Who is GG—Goddess Guru? She is a Transgender Woman Elder—a modern-day Innkeeper, a passionate Homemaker, a creative Caregiver, and a Pillar of Community. She embodies Hospitality as a form of Wisdom Stewardship, weaving together beauty, nourishment, and belonging.

At her GGBB—Goddess Guru Boutique BNB— the inn is not just a place to stay—it is a Regenerative Home. Guests are welcomed into spaces of warmth and aesthetic care, offered delicious food, connected to the local community, and invited into experiences designed to nurture the whole self.

But beneath this vision lies a deeper truth: in today’s world, there are almost no structures of care for Transgender Elders. Too often, their wisdom, artistry, and stories disappear unrecognized. GGBB—Goddess Guru Boutique BNB— is an act of Legacy Stewardship—a way to honor Trans Elders by giving them homes, livelihoods, and platforms to share their gifts with the world.

The model is simple yet transformative: equity-based employment, intergenerational care, and a home for GG—Goddess Guru—paired with a new kind of BNB experience for conscious travelers who love culture, beauty, and the good things in life.

GGBB—Bunk. Play. Haus. Model

The GGBB—Goddess Guru Boutique BNB—Bunk. Play. Haus. is a residency program and cultural engine for Transgender Women artists and performers. It is part home, part theater, part school of life—a space where creativity, care, and community come together under one roof.

At its heart, the GGBB—Bunk. Play. Haus. is about Legacy Stewardship. Too often, Transgender Women are denied the chance to fully embody their artistry, their leadership, and their wisdom. The Haus provides not only housing but a stage, a workshop, and a sanctuary—a place where Trans Women can create, perform, and share their voices with the world.

The residency model is regenerative: artists live, work, and perform in community, creating new works of theater, cabaret, and performance while also contributing to the life of the Haus itself. Each resident is both artist and host, performer and caretaker, weaving hospitality, ritual, and artistry into a living cultural practice.

The GGBB—Bunk. Play. Haus. is also a bridge to the wider community. Through curated performances, open salons, and cultural nights, the Haus invites audiences and neighbors into direct relationship with the artists, creating spaces of joy, transformation, and belonging.

This is not just housing. It is a Cultural Covenant—an Incubator of Artistry, a Theater of Resilience, and a Home for Transgender Women who are shaping the Future.

Our social impact

Our GG—Goddess Guru

The GGBB—Goddess Guru Boutique BNB—Legacy Stewardship Model centers Transgender Women Elders—the often-forgotten Stewards of Wisdom, creativity, and care. In a world that has failed to provide them with safety, healthcare, or visibility, GGBB—Goddess Guru Boutique BNB—builds a model of equity and belonging: a livelihood rooted in hospitality, artistry, and legacy.

At its core, the model reclaims homemaking as cultural leadership. A Trans Woman Elder becomes an innkeeper, a host, and a guide—running a home that is also a site of community gathering, nourishment, and regenerative enterprise. Through this work, she gains sustainable income, healthcare, equity, and intergenerational security—all by doing what she has always done best: creating safe, beautiful, and enriching spaces.

This is more than a business model—it is a framework of survival into legacy. By honoring the role of Trans Elders as culture-bearers, GGBB—Goddess Guru Boutique BNB—ensures that their labor, their artistry, and their stories do not vanish but instead seed generational wealth, cultural resilience, and belonging for years to come.

Our Community

Our partners are Transgender Women Elders—culture-bearers, homemakers, and artists whose wisdom has too often been overlooked, and whose care work has rarely been valued. With GGBB—Goddess Guru Boutique BNB— these Trans Elders gain both livelihood and legacy: running homes and cultural hubs that root them in security, equity, and belonging.

In turn, their spaces become anchors for the wider community—preserving not just buildings, but stories, rituals, and lineages that resist displacement and regenerate culture. Rather than gentrification erasing history, GGBB—Goddess Guru Boutique BNB—models a future where the very people most vulnerable to erasure become the stewards of place.

GGBB—Goddess Guru Boutique BNB—honors the intersectionality of our community—our partnerships with artists, businesses, and neighbors foster collective growth. Each GGBB—Goddess Guru Boutique BNB—site becomes a hub for healing, sharing, and cultural exchange, where hospitality itself becomes leadership.

We believe true regeneration emerges when local people, local business, and local government work in alignment—not to extract, but to co-create community resilience.

Our reGENERATION

GGBB—Goddess Guru Boutique BNB— is a living model of Regenerative Culture—where Hospitality, Ecology, and Community are inseparable.

We live our values in every detail: serving seasonal vegan cuisine and biodynamic meats and dairy, tending micro chef gardens on site, and sourcing directly from local farmers, artisans, and producers. Each GGBB—Goddess Guru Boutique BNB—site is both home and ecosystem, designed to nourish guests, sustain Elders, and regenerate the land itself.

Through this model, we showcase the best of local farms and regional products while connecting them to a global community of conscious travelers. This is hospitality as an economic engine for community resilience—a socially and environmentally conscious approach that shifts the paradigm toward regenerative living for the future.
